Unfortunately there's no fast way for that. You need to do everything manually. Open the program and look where the brush tools are. Scroll them until you see empty slots.
I always get questions about my brush settings, so I thought I'd share some brushes. I WANT A GOOD PENCIL BRUSH FOR PAINT TOOL SAI.
Right click at the empty slot and a list will appear. Choose pencil, and this will create new brush in the choosen slot. However it will have basic settings, so next you need to copy the settings from my tutorial, and you will have the brushIn case you won't be able to recreate a brush completly (you might lack some textures or brush forms) turn off Sai and download the.zip file I attached to this tutorial and unpack it somewhere. Then find the folder where you installed your Sai, and copy the contents of my folders to their corresponding folders within your Sai directory (blotmap to blotmap etc.). Turn on Sai and the textures should load automatically (it does in Sai2 and in some versions of Sai1). If it won't work then this tutorial explains how to add brush texturesSorry for being so wordy.
It's not complicated at all, just difficult to explain. Anyway I hope you will have fun once you'll get those brushes working.
